This Work Can't Be Forced

Just like with fitness training you can't force someone to hire a coach, consultant, mentor, etc. With performance coaching you have to want to make the time to make the necessary changes.

And you have to do it in a way that works for you. For example, if you prefer short weekly phone sessions to whenever it's convenient, or don't want to follow up on the assignments you've given yourself, this is not the right time to hire someone like us.

Flexible Services & Products that Produce Results

Choose the program that will work best for you. You get the best results from making a commitment to a year long program, it just works that way. However, as you can see by the options below, we do work hourly with clients, too. In fact, once our clients work with us yearly for 1-4 hours a month, they choose to become hourly clients for a while and then pick up on the monthly packages. Heck, we're flexible, too.

We offer a year-long performance management process custom designed to fit your company and/or department needs.
It helps you define the most important initiatives and best practices that are critical to your success in the upcoming year -- it's all about planned focus, accountability, action, and profitability. You (and each of your staff if you want) create an annual one-page business and marketing plan, we hold monthly and quarterly reviews, and end each year have an annual evaluation. All the plans for your company are placed on a web dashboard, where each person who has created a plan can design a balanced scorecard that is the centerpiece of focus and accountability. Our second year-long strategic program starts with the one-page performance management process and continues with 1-4 hours monthly phone and email support.

The support you receive is by phone, email or IM, and urgent emergency type calls. Then you'll pick which modules (we have 10) will help the most and we'll get to work. OR we'll get to work and not work on a module. The choice is yours. Our modules include things like an Ideal Client Profile, Networking, USP, Internet Marketing, Website and Ezine Development, and more... We'll help you take actions that will get you the results you want. Need a resource or referral? NO problem, we'll help you out there, too. Prefer no commitment? Not a problem.
We know you'll receive the most assistance from a year long consistent program. However, if that's not what you want right now, we offer Power Hour sessions. Schedule a session at your convenience for a minimum of 1 hour. Hourly pricing ranges from $250 to $500.

If you're brand new to business and you can't fit our comprehensive program in your budget, no problem.
We don't want to leave you out, so to help you get you started on your journey we have two programs. You'll benefit by using our "advisor in a box" to start and your business the right way.
