Maria has always believed that when someone calls to talk to her, they get her. So don't be surprised if she picks up the phone before the 2nd or 3rd ring! She also schedules her own appointments online so that her staff know what she's up to.
However, if she's not available and a phone or email message is left for her they maybe returned by the "best staff person for the job" within 24 hours Mon/Thurs or Monday if you're contacting us on Fri/Sat/Sun.
The fee for free advise is a minimum of $50 per emailed question or $350-$450 per phone/in person hour. Free advice could include things like a business or personal development resource, opinion, evaluation, advice, consulting, or training via phone or email (unless we're on a consultation). We're happy to answer any questions you have about our services and products. Outlline your questions in an email or call to learn more about our services (including our 30-minute free consultation, if you qualify), our seminars, to ask Maria to speak at your event, to get permission to use one of her articles or assessments.
Do not send us or call us with a business opportunity as you won't hear back from us and we'll be annoyed that you bothered us. And if you contact us because you want us to refer your services/products to us or our clients, know that we only people or resources we know or people our clients, students, staff or team members recommend -- no exceptions.

Monday and Tuesday
- Call 360-271-8418 24 hours a day. If we're not available, we turn our phone off.
- Coaching/Consulting Clients only, call 360-598-3880 between 11am and 11pm PST.
- We meet with clients from 7am to 11pm PST, with scheduled breaks inbetween.
- Email coaching is available to our clients and will be returned in 24 hours unless you place RUSH in the subject line.
- Our lunch time is usually taken between 12pm and 2pm PST.
Wednesday, Thursday
- Call 360-271-8418 24 hours a day. If we're not available, we turn our phone off.
- We schedule in person sessions, speaking engagements or attend networking events on these days.
- Email coaching is available to our clients and will be returned in 48 hours unless you place RUSH in the subject line.
- Our lunch time varies.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- We are available by appointment to speak or faciliate engagements on these days.
- We are available to our clients for some sessions, urgent calls, and emails.
- All others call 360-271-8418. You may leave a message 24/7, we will return calls on Monday or Tuesday.
Other Call Information
- Our time is spent with propective and current clients, our business team, etc. Do not expect us to return a call if you're calling us for free information/advice or have a business opportunity or link exchange. Save your dime.
- Our business holidays are: New Year's Eve and two days afterwards, Valentines Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, September 11, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and the weekend afterwards, Christmas Eve and the following two days.
- Our clients always know when we're away from the office for a long length of time and can easily reach us for any urgent situation they're experiencing.
- If you're a client, and are making an "urgent call" if it's an emergency or a time-sensitive issue, please let me know. Otherwise, we'll return your call within 24 hours during the week. And late Monday afternoon if you call during the weekend.
